Seaweed Foraging

Seaweed Foraging is a food event at Port Soif Beach in Guernsey. Learn everything about the fascinating history of seaweed in Guernsey and its many uses in cosmetics, farming, cooking and the fashion industry. This is a hands on learning experience – we will be using seaweed moisturiser and you will have the opportunity to eat multiple types of fresh seaweed straight from the beach.
