Two-day celebration in Punta Gorda area organised by the East Indian Council of Belize-Southern Chapter, showcasing East Indian culture, traditions, and cuisine. Features Culture Explosion night, Yellow Ginger Park Fest, coconut processing demonstrations, masala-making workshops, music, dance, and a Tacari Eating Contest.
